Sad day for me today....

So today would've been my precious grandmama's 82nd birthday. I really thought she was going to make it until today and some more. I knew that her time was coming, but it was sooner than what I thought. Today, if she would've been alive, she would've been here in NY with us...I would've baked her a cake and sing happy birthday in person instead of over the phone like we usually did. Anyways, I did my little bit of crying...not to much, she would've been sad....told her how much I missed her and continued my day.

Yesterday, was a scrappy day for me. I'm so happy that I offered to help Lori over at the Apron Strings blog, because every week I have to post a challenge....so obviously I have to do my little homework, and once I start I just keep rolling a few more pages. How much fun is that for me.

So I did these pages along with the weekly challenge that I will not post until tomorrow. But here is what I created...

This first page is so not my style...don't ask please. I started doing it and just kept going...when I finished and I looked at it I was like ouchhhh, what is this? LOL....oh, well...it is what it is.

This other one I do like a lot....I used a sketch by Got Sketch 104. Those are all Christmas pictures that we took last year.

This one is of a snow storm that we had back on January. My friend Kristi send me those starburst chipboard as a little prize for a challenge she did on her blog a while back and I finally got to used them...covered them with glitter glue and loved the end result. Below the LO there's a card that I did with the scraps.

Well, that's it for now. Tomorrow I'll share with you the weekly challeng #2 of AS and the LO that I created.
Happy Sunday,
