Weekly Challenge #12 - Pleating Technique
Happy Monday, everyone. Another challenge is up at Apron Strings, and this time we have a fun technique: pleating. I've seen a lot of LO's and cards with paper and ribbon pleating, and I love how it looks. Here's what I came up...and here is a great tutorial on pleating if it's your first time trying it, like it was mine. :-)
